The initial consultation is crucial to getting to know my clients and understand their wants and needs. We go over the purchase process, budget and financing options, and the local market conditions. Establishing a good relationship with good communication with my clients is a must, and allows me to help my buyers find their perfect home.
I help my buyers in finding the perfect home by listening to my clients wants and needs and through my expert local knowledge. I make a personalized collection of homes for my buyers with the all homes that they would like, take them to see these homes and let them experience the feel of the home and neighborhood.
After finding THE home, it is time to make an offer. I am in constant communication with the listing agent, getting my clients the latest information on the home. Using my knowledge and expertise to advise my clients, while providing a market analysis for the subject property, they are able to make the best and most informed decisions. Our offer gets accepted and we are now in contract.
Escrow takes place, once the contract gets accepted. The Escrow Company is a third, neutral, party that handles collecting funds, documents, etc. I constantly check in with my clients, letting them know what is happening and what to expect, making sure they feel educated about the process. Once everything is signed and recorded, title has been transferred meaning you are a home owner!
